I cannot understand how a banana is an acidic fruit!!!so sweet, nuitrious, & full of vitamins, & minerals like potassium, i eat one banana mashed over 2 slices of wholemeal toast for my breakfast every morning for years, great natural fruit fo excellent bowel movement, also an occasional pear during the weeki am a 76 female, & they are the only fruits that agree with my tummy which for 20.
